I don't think it's done anything to his music. I mean I'm a christian but I am an avid lover and listener of black metal. To me it doesn't matter what your beliefs, race, social background, etc. are as long as you make kick ass music and don't shove your beliefs down other's throats. And as Dave Mustaine says "I'm a Christian, not a pussy." :)
